Service Agreements
Blue Protection Plan
We agree to provide you with a qualified Service Technician to inspect your plumbing system and related equipment. The maintenance services to be performed under this Agreement include one Precision Check-Up per year.
Each Checkup WiCheck-Up per year.
Each Checkup Will Include:
- Toilets Leak Tested
- Faucets Performance Tested
- Exposed Water Lines Checked
- Sink Piping Checked
- Drains Checked
- Washing Machine Hoses / Valve Tested
- Hose Faucets Tested For Leaks
- Water Heater Flushed
- Water Heater Checked For Leaks
- Thermal Expansion Checked
Emergency Service
In support of the services set forth above, we will always be on call to respond on site to any maintenance or repair emergency concerning your plumbing system. Our emergency service technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our network of emergency operators.
Plan Benefits:

Bronze Protection Plan
We agree to provide you with a qualified Service Technician to inspect your heating and/or air conditioning equipment. The maintenance services to be performed under this Agreement include one Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per year for heating-only equipment, or air conditioning-only equipment, or two Precision Tune-Ups andquipment, or two Precision Tune-Ups and Professional Cleanings per year for combination heating and air conditioning equipment.
Each Checkup Will Include:
- Inspecting and cleaning heat exchanger and burners
- Checking operating pressures and air flow
- Testing safety controls
- Lubricating parts as needed
- Applying protective coat to equipment
- Inspecting ignition and starting operations
- Cleaning condensate drains
- Checking all electrical connections
- Adjusting blower components
- Testing amperage and voltage of motors
- Regulating for proper temperature differences
- Checking thermostat calibration
Emergency Service
